The Meaning of the Words Used of the Prophets in the Holy Qur’an

Question

(1) Were the words that Allah ﷻ has spoken in these sacred verses really spoken in order to belittle the majesty of messengership, to [show] the helplessness of the infallibility (‘isma) of prophethood, or to display the humiliation, trampling and worthlessness of the prophets ﵈ before the disbelievers and polytheists?

Answer

Allah, Majestic and Exalted, created the human heart from a subtler matter than that from which He created the limbs of man; for this reason there is greater subtlety (latafa) in the heart. And from the matter of which the hearts of ordinary believers are made, the bodies of the elect (khawass)
