When to Make Up the First Sunnas of Zuhr

Question

If the sunna before Zuhr is missed, should one after the fard pray the four sunna rak‘as first, or the two sunna and then the four sunna? I heard from a reliable person that Hakim al-Umma Hazrat Thanawi ﵀ used to pray the four sunna first and then the two, while I heard concerning Hazrat Wala that his practice is the opposite?

Both ways are correct.
