Saying “hayya ʿala al-salah” four times

Question

If, while calling the takbir (iqama), one says “hayya ʿala al-salah” four times, is the takbir valid, or does some deficiency remain in it?

Answer

“Hayya ʿala al-salah” is [said] not four times but twice; four times is wrong.
