Translation of the Qur’an Without the Arabic Text

What is the ruling on printing the Holy Qur’an without the Arabic text, with only the Urdu translation? And what is the ruling on buying and reading such [an edition]?

Writing and printing the Holy Qur’an without the Arabic text — in Urdu alone or in any other language — is forbidden. In “al-Itqan” the consensus (ijma‘) of the four imams on this is related.
