The Proxy Pilgrim Going to Madinah the Good First
Question
If those performing Hajj badal (proxy Hajj) from India go straight from Jeddah to Madinah the Noble and, in the days close to Hajj, enter the ihram of ifrad and perform the Hajj, is there anything objectionable in this? If such a pilgrim travels by the ship that sails before Ramadan, goes straight to Makka the Noble, and before Shawwal arrives goes from there to Madinah the Noble, and at the end enters the ihram of ifrad and performs the Hajj, is there anything objectionable in this?
Answer
If there is permission from the one who commissions, there is nothing objectionable in this; he may adopt either of the two ways.
