Tamattu‘ in Hajj Badal

Question

A man is going for Hajj and taking two persons with him at his own expense, in order to have Hajj badal (proxy Hajj) performed through them on behalf of his father and grandfather, without their bequest. If these two perform Hajj badal without any bequest, is it necessary for them to enter ihram from Yalamlam itself? If ihram is entered from here, the period of ihram will become very long, and observing its restrictions is difficult.

Answer

Even without this research of al-Furqan, there is scope for tamattu‘ in a voluntary Hajj badal (without a bequest).
