Not Performing Hajj Despite Having the Means

Question

Question: There is ample wealth in Zayd’s household, but he does not go for Hajj, and when he is told about it, he says: “I have many responsibilities.” How is this?

Answer

If Zayd has so much wealth that Hajj is fard upon him, then he is sinful.
