A teacher spending collected money before tamlik

Question

Likewise, if a teacher of a madrasa collected donations and spent them, and settled what he spent against his salary — is it permissible for the teacher to spend them on himself before tamlik (transfer of ownership) or not? Even though the tamlik of the money that he had deducted from his salary certainly took place.

Answer

He too has no such right; he is a trustee (amin).
