Paying an Extra Month’s Salary at the End of the Year and Deducting Salary for Every Absence

Zayd is employed at a madrasa whose rule is that throughout the whole year there is not a single day of leave, neither sick leave nor casual leave. Instead of leave, one extra month’s salary is given, and when one is absent out of need, salary is deducted even for as little as one hour.

There is no difficulty at all in Zayd submitting a request on account of his need. He may even request that further special privileges be extended to him.
