Defecating in the Mosque’s Washroom

Question

Without the permission of the mutawalli, Muhammad Afaq defecates in the washroom of the mosque. Is this permissible or impermissible, given that this washroom is only for cleansing oneself after relieving oneself (istinja’)?

Answer

Defecating in the washroom is prohibited, and it is also prohibited for the mutawalli to give permission for it.
