Wiping One’s Hand on the Mosque After Clearing the Nose

Question

What is the ruling on blowing one’s nose and wiping one’s finger on the wall of the mosque?

Answer

It is contrary to good manners, a cause of annoyance to others, and a disregard for the mosque.
