Removing Birds’ Nests from the Mosque

Question

If there is a birds’ nest in a mosque or a house, is it correct to take it down and throw it away or not?

Answer

If there is a birds’ nest in the mosque and the birds soil the mosque with their droppings, it is correct to throw the nest out of there; there is also latitude to throw it out of a house.
