Urinating Near the Wudu Area

Question

Should a urinal be built in the mosque next to the wudu area or not?

Answer

This is for the need of the worshippers; if it is somewhat at a distance, that is fine, so that no bad smell reaches the mosque, those performing wudu are not caused annoyance, and the need continues to be met as well.
