A Traveller’s Use of the Mosque’s Mat

Question

If a traveller uses the mosque’s mat to lie down on, is it correct that according to the fatwa it is permissible, while according to taqwa (God-fearing scrupulousness) it is impermissible?

Answer

According to the fatwa it is permissible, and according to taqwa caution is preferable (awla); it is not haram.
