Making up a lifetime’s missed prayers in congregation in Ramadan

Question

A person, on the last Friday of Ramadan, makes up the prayers missed over a lifetime in congregation, giving the adhan for each prayer. If someone does not perform [it], he reproaches him and declares him a grave sinner. What is the ruling on this?

Answer

Doing so is not permissible; it contradicts the proofs of the Shari‘a. And calling the one who abstains from it a sinner is a grave sin.
