Supplication after every tarwiha
Question
In tarawih, should the imam make a collective supplication in a loud voice after every four rak‘as, or not?
Answer
A quiet supplication is mustahabb, but not a collective one; rather [each] individually — whoever wishes may supplicate, and whoever wishes may occupy himself with tasbih and the like. The people of Makka also had the practice of performing tawaf after every four rak‘as.
