Those left behind praying tarawih in congregation

Question

If the tarawih congregation has already taken place and some people were left out, may those people pray the tarawih prayer in congregation in a place other than the mosque or not?

Answer

Yes, they may: this is not a second congregation of the kind that is forbidden.
