Seeing Semen on One’s Clothes After Praying Fajr

Question

If someone has a nocturnal emission (ihtilam) at night, and in the morning he does not remember that he had an emission during the night, and he performs the Fajr prayer, and then at midday he sees the impurity — was his prayer fulfilled or not? If not, will he bear any sin after repeating the prayer or not?

Answer

If he did not sleep after Fajr, then repeating (i‘ada) the Fajr prayer is necessary; so it is in “al-Durr al-Mukhtar”.
