Are “al-Nikah min Sunnati” and “Man Raghiba ‘an Sunnati” One Hadith?

Question: A respected religious scholar says that “al-nikah min sunnati, fa-man raghiba ‘an sunnati” is not a single independent hadith but two separate sentences. Is this correct?

What this person says is correct: the two sentences are separate. Between them the word “wa qala” (“and he said”) should be inserted, so that their being separate becomes clear.
