The permissible interval between the khutba and the Jumu’a prayer

Question

(1) Is it permitted, out of some necessity or without necessity, to wait five to ten minutes between the end of the Friday khutba and the start of the congregation (jama‘at)? Also, is it permitted between the first and the second khutba to give, in the Urdu language, a translation of that same khutba or some speech relating to it and the like, when the muqtadis consider it good? Also, in “Khutba-i ‘Ilmi” (“The Scholarly Sermon”) and the like, the khutba for each month is written separately, in order.
