May three villages together pray Jumu'a in one place?
Question
The village of Bambe Wala, post office Malakwal, Bhalwan sub-district, district Sargodha, Pakistan. The population of this village is about eight to nine hundred. At the Zuhr and 'Asr prayers, because of work, there are 25–30 worshippers; at the Maghrib, 'Isha' and Fajr prayers there are fifty or sixty. The worshippers are of the view that the Jumu'a prayer should be held in this village.
Answer
Since those three villages are separate in name and population, there is a distance of a mile [between them], and in none of them taken separately are the conditions of Jumu'a present, it is likewise not valid for all three together to pray Jumu'a in one village. All should perform the Zuhr prayer. If someone goes to another place (where the conditions of Jumu'a are present)
