The funeral prayer — before the sunnas or after?

Should the funeral prayer be performed before the sunnas or after the sunnas? [ar]وتقدم صلاتها على صلاة الجنازة إذا اجتمعا لأنه واجب عينًا والجنازة كفاية، وتقدم صلاة الجنازة على الخطبة وعلى سنة المغرب وغيرها.[/ar] “It (the festival prayer) is given precedence over the funeral prayer when they coincide, because it is individually (‘ayn) wajib, whereas the janaza is [a communal obligation] of kifaya; and the funeral prayer is given precedence over the sermon (khutba)
