Red colouring on the hair and lips

May women pray with artificial (lit. “made”) long hair, with red colouring on the lips and with dyed eyelashes, or not?

If that colouring is such that it covers the hair and the lips, and in purification the water does not reach there, then purification (tahara) will remain impossible and the prayer will not be valid.
