Cutting a Muslim’s hair with tools used on a non-Muslim

Question

May a Muslim’s hair be cut, without cleaning them, with the tools with which a non-Muslim, a mushrik, had his hair cut, or not?

Answer

If there is no blood on the razor or scissors with which the hair of a non-Muslim’s head was shaved or cut, then shaving or cutting the hair of a Muslim’s head with it is permissible. Cleaning, that is, washing, is not necessary.
