Having a haircut on Wednesday

Question

Is it not prohibited to have a haircut or have the face shaved on Wednesday? Which day is better?

Answer

Grooming and having the hair cut is permissible on Wednesday too; there is no prohibition. The blessed habit of the noble Prophet ﷺ was to groom and clean himself on Friday, so this day is better.
