Removing hair with a razor

With what did he remove the hair below the navel? What was his blessed practice regarding the hair of the buttocks, and also the hair of the thighs and the like?

Answer

The usual practice was to remove the hair below the navel with a razor. The presence of hair in the other places asked about is not transmitted.
