What to do with hair that fell out before the ghusl
Question
It is widespread among some women that the hair of the head which falls out or breaks while in the state of menstruation or janaba (major ritual impurity) should be collected; then, when they perform the ghusl (full ablution) for purification from janaba, they tie this hair to their thumb and perform the ghusl, and after the ghusl they bury it. Is there any basis for this, or is it mere nonsense?
Answer
This is baseless and futile.
