Wearing trousers and a coat

Question: How is it if trousers and a coat are put on after the prayer?

Answer

In the region where this is the distinctive mark (shi‘ar) of the kafirs and fasiqs, it should be avoided there; and where it is not a distinctive mark and everyone wears it, this ruling does not apply there.
