The madrasa director calling subordinate teachers to account

Question

The director of a madrasa has ordered his subordinate teachers not to take part in politics. If some teacher or the head teacher acts contrary to this and takes part in politics, will the director have the right to call him to account or not?

Answer

In such a case the director does have the right to call him to account for why he acted contrary to the agreement.
