A Manager Closed a Religious Madrasa: The Ruling
Question
In a small town an Islamic madrasa has been running for a long time, the management of which is entrusted to a committee of a few members and a manager. All the Muslims support the madrasa by giving donations to it, and the madrasa’s work is carried on with the money of ordinary Muslims. The children of all the Muslims receive religious education there. It is now a month since the said manager, without any reason and without a meeting or any consultation, locked up the madrasa.
Answer
Closing a religious madrasa and locking it up without reason is not right. If the manager does not present any reasonable cause, he deserves to be removed.
