Reading “Tablighi Nisab” over the Mosque Microphone

Question

A loudspeaker was installed in the mosque for the adhan and for the speech of some scholar. Now, if the Noble Quran, na‘t (praise of the Prophet ﷺ), poems, “Tablighi Nisab” (“The Tabligh Curriculum”, the reading compilation of the Tablighi movement) or some educational book is read over it, is that permissible or not, given that at that time some people are also performing the prayer?

Answer

“Tablighi Nisab” is meant to be read to those people who are present there; the voice reaches them without a loudspeaker. Why then is it read to them over the loudspeaker? Therefore do not use the loudspeaker for this purpose, especially when it disturbs those performing the prayer. There is also no need to recite na‘t loudly over the loudspeaker.
