Having One’s Announcement Made over the Mosque Microphone for a Fee
Question
Question: If the people of a village have an announcement made about some matter of theirs over the loudspeaker in the mosque, while the mosque committee charges a fee for making announcements, what is the ruling?
Answer
It is permissible. Caution: it should be borne in mind that the mosque must not be made a place of earning or a means of earning; the arrangement for this should be made separately from the mosque.
