Reciting Hadith over the Mosque Loudspeaker When People Are Not Paying Attention
Question
(1) In the morning some hadith is read over the mosque loudspeaker, while there is no one in the mosque, and the men and women in their homes do not listen with attention and focus. What is the ruling on reading in such a situation?
Answer
(1) When there is no one present in the mosque, and the men and women in their own houses are each occupied with their own work and no one is paying attention, then in such a state reciting the noble hadith over the loudspeaker is out of place; it should be avoided.
