Using the Mosque Heater for One’s Own Needs or for Recitation

Question

May the worshippers or the administrator of the mosque use the electric heater or not? Or may it be used at the time of recitation of the Qurʾan (tilawa) or not?

Answer

If the administrators or the worshippers in general use it at a time of general need, that is correct; but a person should not use it specifically for his own recitation.
