Sacrificing the share of a partner after his death

Question

Question: Of seven partners, one has passed away. If his heirs give permission, will the sacrifice on behalf of this deceased be valid or not?

Answer

It will be valid, provided that the heirs are adults (“Majma‘ al-Anhur”, vol. 2, p. 521).
