If a poor partner dies before the sacrifice

Question: If a person upon whom the sacrifice was not wajib was a partner in the sacrifice of a cow, and he dies before the slaughter, and some person makes (that) his own share — can he be made a partner?

Answer

It can be done. He should buy that share from his heirs and become a partner.
