Fresh Water Is Not Required for Mash

Question

If a person performing wudu, after washing the hands and face, wipes the head (mash) with a wet hand without fresh water (ma’ jadid), and then prays and so on with this wudu, will the prayer be valid with this wudu or not?

Answer
