Washing the Skin beneath the Eyebrows, Beard and Moustache

Question

If the eyebrows, beard or moustache are so thick that the skin cannot be seen, is washing the skin hidden beneath them fard or not?

Answer

It is not fard (“Shami”, vol. 1, p. 66).
