When to Do Khilal of the Fingers During Wudu

Question

In wudu, should khilal (passing water between) the fingers be done after washing the hands and before the wiping (mash), or should it be done as I have seen some people do, who perform khilal after wiping the head and ears?

Answer

When he washes the hands, he should do khilal of the fingers at that same time.
