Does Impure Clothing Become Pure When Washed with Soap?
Question
If, after an impure garment has been wrung out three times, soapy water keeps coming out of it, is that garment pure or not?
Answer
If the impure garment was washed three times and wrung out well, and the trace of the najasa has gone, then the garment has become pure, even if soapy water comes out of it — that is, even if, when water is poured on it again and it is wrung, a trace of soap is felt.
