Du'a at Fajr and 'Asr: after the Tasbihs or Right after the Salam?

Question

After the 'Asr and Fajr prayers, is it sunna (masnun) to make du'a after the tasbihs of Fatima, or to make du'a immediately after giving the salam?

Answer

It is better after the tasbihs.
