How to complete it if the electricity goes off during the adhan or in the middle of the prayer

Question

The loudspeaker equipment is kept in a directly adjoining room, and the adhan is called while standing in it. Sometimes the power goes off in the middle of the adhan. In such a case, should one come out of the room and complete the rest of the adhan, or [complete it] in the room and then come out of the room and repeat the whole adhan? Please explain according to the Shari‘a.

Answer

In such a case one should come out of the room and call the whole adhan anew, as a separate adhan, so that everyone hears it in full and no uncertainty remains.
