Supplement to the preceding query: a minor’s nikah, court annulment and the imamate of the officiant

Question: A copy of the fatwa of the respected scholar, obtained in support of the permissibility of the nikah — that is, concerning the religious scholar who performed a nikah on top of an existing nikah: this very fatwa was obtained, that the nikah performed by the respected scholar is valid. Please answer after looking at it. A man abducted a woman. Then the abductor’s brother gave seven hundred rupees in cash in order to make mischief (fasad) with the woman (?).

As far as I understand, the following matters in your letter require an answer. (1) What is the status of one who does not regard a holder of a polytheistic (shirk) creed as a kafir: is he himself a Muslim or a kafir? (2) The scholars have declared a kafir (takfir)
