For nikah, hearing the offer and acceptance is necessary

Question

Question: Of the witnesses to a nikah, one witness hears the offer (ijab) together with the agent (wakil, the qadi), while the other witness takes the girl’s permission. At the time of acceptance (qabul), both witnesses together hear the acceptance along with the wakil’s sentence of offer. Will the nikah be valid or not?

Answer

The nikah will be valid in this way as well.
