No Punishment of the Grave for the Deceased in Ramadan

Question

(1) What is the ruling on a Muslim who passes away during Ramadan, whatever pursuit he may be engaged in (lit. “in whatever purpose he may be”)? (2) Do those who are punished in their graves have their punishment stopped during Ramadan?

Answer

In sha’ Allah, he will be dealt with leniently. (2) That is indeed the hope.
