What Should One Recite on Hearing of the Death of an Unbeliever?

It is widely held among people that when one hears the news of the death of an unbeliever, or sees his body being carried, one should recite: [ar]فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَداً[/ar] “In the fire of Hell, abiding therein forever.” What is the ruling on this in the Sacred Law?

Answer

I have not seen this in any book of fiqh.
