Zina committed while intoxicated with wine

Question

Question: If Zayd, having drunk wine, in a state of intoxication and unaware of himself, committed zina, what is the ruling in this case, given that the girl is conscious and also awake? Kindly give a satisfying answer.

Answer

This person deserves a double punishment: one for the wine and a separate one for the zina.
