Dam for Offering the Sacrifice before the Rami

Question

A pilgrim, on returning from ‘Arafat, went to the place of sacrifice without performing the rami (stoning) and offered the sacrifice?

Answer

If he is performing qiran or tamattu‘, a dam is wajib upon him.
