Dam for Cutting the Hair before the Sacrifice

Question

A pilgrim, on returning from ‘Arafat, had his hair cut immediately after performing the rami (stoning), and performed the sacrifice afterwards?

Answer

A dam is wajib upon him, if he is performing qiran or tamattu‘.
