Tawaf al-Ziyara During Menstruation

Question

Question: Zaynab went for Hajj from Pakistan with her husband in 1973. When Zaynab came from 'Arafat to blessed Mina and performed the stoning of the great Jamra (Jamrat al-'Uzma), her menstruation began immediately (this menstruation lasts up to ten days). The date of departure of Zaynab and her husband is the 13th of Dhu al-Hijja. Now Zaynab's tawaf al-ziyara remains.

Answer

In this case one badana has become binding on Zaynab for performing tawaf al-ziyara in the state of menstruation, and one dam (a goat or a sheep) for performing the farewell tawaf in this state. To come out of ihram it is necessary to cut a specified amount of the hair.
